What’s Going On in Covina?

Anyone who thinks Civic Park is not a park, or that it sees little use, has NOT been to the Friday’s Covina Farmers’ Market lately!

There were easily five hundred people there and lines stacked 15 deep at every food vendor this past Friday night.

There’s plenty to be done while we still have a park and an historic downtown to protect.

If you think our historic downtown and Civic Park are worth keeping, come join us in the park any day of the week.  Sign the pre-petition and pick up a copy.  We need your help gathering signatures to put Civic Park on the November ballot.

Click Here to send a message that you want Civic Park saved, to the 3 email-using members among the remaining 4 members of Covina City Council

If we can motivate them to do this without going to the ballot, we can focus instead on finding resources to improve the park.

I think Duff’s the best candidate and I want to Donate Now to help support the campaign.
